Window Cleaning

1. How do you charge for window cleaning?
Because all houses are different and there are so many different types and sizes of windows, we come to your home to give you a FREE no obligation estimate.

2.  Do I have to be home?
Yes and No. If you just need your outsides cleaned, we can do it with nobody home, as long as we are able to get the screens off from the outside. If you need the Insides and outsides cleaned we would need somebody there to let us in.

3. Do you do the insides?
Yes, most people get their insides and outsides cleaned

4. Do you clean the tracts and Screens?
Yes, While some companies charge you extra for screen and track cleaning, we include it in our price

5. How often do I need to have my windows cleaned?
That depends. Some customers get them done once a year, some do it in the Spring and fall. It all depends the area you live in and how the environment affects your windows: such as pollen, dust, dirt, leaves, etc.

6. What if it rains after you clean my windows?
A good question, because lots of people don't know that rain doesn't get your windows dirty.If it should rain within 2-3 days of us cleaning your windows, and you find spots, we will come out to you to touch up those areas.

7. Do I need to take down my curtains?
No. Some people do, but most of the time we can work around them

8.  Do I need to move anything?
No. We can move your items and put them back. If you want to move your items that might be in the way, feel free to do that .

9.  My windows appears to have moisture between the panes, can you fix that?
We do not. What happened there is the "seal" between the 2 panes failed, which
allowed air get between the panes which produced condensation. It may look like a "fog" or "smoke" between the panes.

10. What do you use to clean the windows?
We use a variety of products that are both non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

1. Are you insured?
Yes. We carry a 1 Million dollar General liability insurance policy

2.  Do you have references?
Yes. References are available upon request.

3. Do you work weekends?
Yes. we work around your schedule. And if that means working on a Saturday or Sunday, we will.

4. How long will it take?
Depending on how many winows, anywhere from 2 hours to 8 hours.
